What if I just let go in this moment?
What if I allowed my shoulders to drop and my mind to be clear?
What if I took deep breaths and then let those go, too?
Let it all ebb, and then let it all flow.
Just for this moment.

Breathe and let go,

What if I stacked enough of these moments and began to open up to
the flow of breathing?
